KIKE GARCÍA
Kike García's career began around 1994 and 1995 when he immersed himself in the world of electronic music. Although he had not yet mastered the mixing techniques completely, he performed his first session at the Eclipse club, where he discovered his passion for music blending. By 1996, he had already secured several residencies at different venues such as El Cielo in Pontevedra, Zona Celeste in Santiago de Compostela, and Calle 42 in Pontevedra. Additionally, he frequently performed alongside friends and DJs of his generation in clubs and discos. Some of these venues included Strees in Moaña, La Capilla in Redondela, El Manco in Vigo, and Las Torres in Vigo. In 1998, he became a resident DJ at the iconic Banus venue in Ponteareas. During his time there, he had the opportunity to share the DJ booth with international DJs such as John Acquaviva, Pepo, Óscar Mulero, Cristhian Varela, Oliver Ho, Johan Bacto, Higinio, Pascal Kleiman, Sideral, XL García, Carlos Manacas, and Mario Roque, among others. From the year 2000 onwards, he decided to venture into the world of event promotion and began organizing electronic music-related events such as Sarao 2009 in Salvatierra, Swen Beach Samil, San Juan in Vigo (in multiple editions), and the Fiesta del Árbol in Budiño. After a few years, between 2017 and 2019, he finally fulfilled one of his dreams by opening his own club, Room Electric Club. Currently, Kike continues his journey as a promoter and DJ, collaborating with the renowned Queen venue.
