DANI RC
Dani RC passion for music dates back to his early years. At the age of 13 or 14, megamixes sparked his musical curiosity, leading him to attempt to emulate those sonic compositions by recording and pausing with a cassette deck. In the early '90s, he stumbled upon several tapes from the Barraca nightclub, which ignited his interest in mixing. He began attending clubs in 1992, observing the different DJs in the area. Influenced by programs like Radio3's Zona3 and some local DJs, he started visiting music stores, where he acquired his first vinyl records and compilations of the era. In 1998, he acquired Oscar Mulero's 'About Discipline and Education,' and he was mesmerized upon first listen, marking a musical turning point with its dark and minimalist sound. In 1999, he decided to purchase turntables and a mixer and began his journey as a self-taught DJ. His sets are characterized by dark and powerful Techno with atmospheric undertones, occasionally delving into slower, more hypnotic grooves while maintaining that signature touch of darkness.
